I coordinated with the chef on menu concepts that created two-star dishes using compostable products. 
I coordinated the permits, event coordination, and marketing for seven sold-out dinner events with up to 60 people creating an immersive plant-based feast served on banana leaves while guests eat together — with their hands only!
